HIICAP’s (Health Insurance Information and Counseling Program) Medicare Basics Presentation sponsored by RSVP provides Medicare Eligible people information about Medicare – Original Medicare - Parts A & B, Medicare Advantage Plans - Part C and Medicare Prescription Coverage - Part D, and ways to help with the cost including the Medicare Savings Program, Extra Help and EPIC. 

Following the presentation there will be time allotted for break-out sessions for personal counseling.
